Welcome to Kudzu's Cottage & Rosie's Ocean View, the quintessential beach house of your childhood. Built in 1926, the old bead-board walls hold the memories of many happy vacations at Folly Beach. Frequently graced with the presence of Asheville folk, the house and gardens have taken on a certain relaxed and comfortable tone, which imparts familiarity and a sense of belonging. Many say that they feel right at home immediately, upon arrival.

People tend to return to Kudzu's and Rosie's over and over, so, be sure to reserve your vacation as soon as possible.

Well behaved doggies are always welcome. they love the beach too!
