Welcome to Kudzu's Cottage & Rosie's Ocean View! This classic beach house is located just across the street from the best beach on Folly Beach and just 20 minutes from downtown Charleston. We are delighted to offer the best of several worlds; We are a short walk to the Folly Beach Pier and Center Street, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. The beach access is only steps away across the 2-lane, tree lined street. The deep lot includes a large backyard with an oyster roasting pit, beautiful gardens, a fig tree, water oaks and palm trees galore. Built in 1926 with high ceilings and beadboard walls, this house holds the memories of many happy vacations at Folly Beach. The house and gardens possess a relaxed and comfortable feeling that imparts familiarity and a sense of belonging to all who stay here. Many say that they feel right at home immediately upon arrival. If you need more room, consider renting the whole house.
People tend to return to this house over and over, so be sure to reserve your vacation as soon as possible.
